What we store
You do not create an account. When you first open Undroppable we create an anonymous session so the game knows which picks are yours. It holds no name, email or password.
We store the team name you type for a room, the players you draft, the formation you choose, and any vote you cast. Team names are visible to everyone in your room and to anyone with a share link, so do not use your real name if you would rather not.
Analytics and errors
We use PostHog to count how the app is used and Sentry to catch crashes. Both are optional and stay off until we configure them; when on, they receive anonymous identifiers and technical data such as browser and page. Neither receives your team name.
Request logs at Vercel and Supabase, and PostHog by default, record IP addresses for a short time for security and abuse prevention.
The pundit's verdict
When a draft finishes, the team names, formations, each team's anonymous session id, and the drafted players' names, positions, eras and bios are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the pundit's analysis. Nothing else is sent. The result is stored with the draft.
Where it lives, and for how long
Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Ireland region) and served through Vercel. Rooms that are never finished are deleted after seven days. Shared drafts are kept so their links keep working. An anonymous session that never joined a draft or cast a vote is deleted after 30 days of inactivity; a session that took part in a draft is kept for as long as that draft is.
Your rights
Because sessions are anonymous we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person. If you send us the share link or room code, we will delete that draft. Contact: sol@nustreamdigital.com.
